The upcoming Nothing Phone (2a) is gearing up to be the most budget-friendly smartphone in the market, set to be officially unveiled on March 5. As we approach the launch date, numerous leaks continue to surface, providing a sneak peek at the mid-range device. Presenting additional renders today, we observe the phone in two distinct color options: gray/black and white, offering users a variety of choices.

Nothing has a tradition of providing its devices in two color options – one lighter and one darker. Following this established formula, it appears that the Phone (2a) will maintain this trend.

Evidently visible are the dual-camera “eyes” on the rear, contributing to the distinct appearance of this phone. Additionally, the presence of three Glyph LEDs is notable, while it lacks wireless charging, differing from the Nothing Phone (1) and Nothing Phone (2), which had a round coil for this feature.

Despite a somewhat obscured view of the screen, the bezels appear remarkably small and symmetric, aligning with Nothing’s tradition. It’s noteworthy that such attention to detail hasn’t been sacrificed to achieve a more budget-friendly price. In the white version of the phone, the power and volume buttons provide a subtle panda look due to their contrasting colors.

Nothing has officially announced that the Phone (2a) will feature MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro chipset, a customized version tailored specifically for Nothing. As per a previous rumor, the 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM variant is expected to be priced at €349, while the model featuring 12/256GB configuration will have a price tag of €399.
